💳 Credit card only
No Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, PayPal, cash, check, or crypto.

Weekend crews run only for weather catch-up. No regular weekend service.

🏡 No partial sections
Full lawn, full front, or full back only. No "half the backyard".
Exception: avoid specific sodded/treated areas with description.
🐾 Pets inside
Pets must be inside during service. Liability and pet safety. No exceptions.
Hold firm. Crew cannot put pets inside themselves.
🕒 No specific ETAs
Crews run early morning until evening. Routes change.
Exception: BB time frames after area manager contact.
🚰 No in-person visits
Always ask for photos instead. Hold firm on pushback.
